For years I bought just about every exercise video and machine out there. I think that all of the products probably worked, but the ones I tried were just way too hard for me. Let's face it, when you're out of shape it's really hard to do any kind of exercise! Unless the routine is easy enough that it doesn't make you feel like you've run a marathon in high heels, then you're just not going to stick to it. At least I'm not!
Once I found the moves that I was actually able to do, making it easy for me to stick with, I developed a routine of 17 exercises that incorporates Isometrics, Pilates, Yoga and just plain stretching and which produces wonderful results. Not only will you lose inches, you'll feel limber, flexible and very energetic.
Before we start, I want to show you a few of the great artist's intrepretation of the "ideal woman". These paintings depict Venus, the goddess of love. Do ya notice a theme here? She's NOT skinny or rail thin....she's got a thick middle, big thighs and is pretty curvaceous. Obviously, these artists (all men) knew you don't have to be skinny to be sexy! BE REALISTIC IN YOUR GOALS........strive for fitness and see the beauty in your body, whatever your shape.
